All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

PawHaven ships worldwide from the Netherlands.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over [€50] within the Netherlands.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
